San Antonio, TX – On Monday, December 21st Conservative Libertarian Victor Luebker announced that he will not be running as a candidate for the Texas 23rd Congressional District and is endorsing Republican candidate Francisco Canseco.

“I am honored to have Vic’s endorsement as I campaign for the 23rd Congressional District.  Vic fought for our country in the first Gulf War, Bosina and the Global War on Terror.  When he came back he started Hope4Heroes, a national non-profit organization that serves wounded men and women of our armed forces, and has since become one of our nation’s leading experts on veteran’s issues. He is an outstanding American who has served our country and our community with pride and honor his entire life.” Canseco said.

“Francisco Canseco and I agree that our country is at a crossroads.  For too long we have been heading down a path toward a socialistic government that runs our lives.  Liberals like Ciro Rodriguez, Nancy Pelosi and Harry Reid are spending our grandchildren into debt, socializing health care, passing radical environmental regulations and driving taxes so high on families and small businesses that no one can create jobs and help our economy recover.” Luebker said.
